How are Alumni Travel
Concierge services offered and
what are the planning fees?
We
will personally speak to you and our Destination Specialist will
spend quality time to learn your specific needs and provide a
summary itinerary and estimated cost within 48 hours of your
request. After you have been given the proposed program and
pricing you are welcome to shop around.
We are confident the services we offer will be at the best
value available. Following
your approval to proceed a non-refundable planning fee will be
assessed and your Destination Specialist will
review and confirm the details of your trip. Planning fees
will vary depending on the number of travelers participating.
Planning fees range from $27.50 per person for a family
occupying a domestic hotel room, up to $95. per person for a
couple occupying an international hotel room.
* Family is defined as 2 adults and 2 children under the
age of 18 sharing a room.
